This is a quiet and well maintained campground in high desert. The road from Interstate 80 is scenic and an easy drive. The forest road within the campground is paved so access is easy. The sunsets were spectacular. Bathrooms were very clean. Cell service was spotty with Verizon and non existent with TMobile. We stayed here in a 30 foot travel trailer. C

Forest Service campground operated by a private contractor. Lake is close, lots of wildlife in the campground. 20/30/50 amp boxes worked well in hot weather. High desert so it can be hot and windy. Sites are gravel and not very level. Showers were not clean. Their idea of cleaning means sweeping them out with a broom. $28 a night and then they want $6 more to use the dump station.

WY State Park campground, 50 amp only, gravel sites, #A24 is ours and it is not level. Shaded picnic table, no trees - it is Wyoming! Did not use the facilities. Spacious sites all with a view of Flaming Gorge reservoir. There is a private marina with a campground here also.
Supposedly good fishing here. Would we stay here again? Maybe!
