For Shady Acres RV Park: I am glad we did not pay for a site until we arrived. They wanted $70 for a partial hookup in a dirt lot. We went to iCamp Green instead and paid $30 for a partial hookup in a much nicer campground. Avoid this rip-off!

For Shady Acres RV Park: Exorbitant price for narrow, uneven, dirt, back lot at so call Good Sam discount. Will be in a mud hole if it rains. Had to dig out the sewer hookup. Back lots are poorly maintained. Garbage lying on the ground. The park was in better condition under the prior owner without the price gouging. Will never return. Stayed 4/12 - 4/13/22

For Shady Acres RV Park: Just fine, everything works and it’s all squeaky clean. No wet floors, drippy faucets, or anything else irritating. Large level site. Wi-Fi OK if you’re close, but good cell signal too. Happy to stay here.

For Shady Acres RV Park: We stayed here September 22 & 23, 2021. We had a couple of issues with our sites and the staff was very helpful in resolving them. The person in the office told us that there are new owners who have plans for improvements in the off season. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and the adjacent laundromat was one of the least expensive we saw.

For Shady Acres RV Park: The person in the office and owner, Nancy, is a horrible little woman. Overcharged us over $130, doesn’t seem to understand basic math, and “has no way to refund” us, not to mention her terrible attitude. Her dogs stay outside always and bark all. Night. Long. Golf course “view” is a literal pit of garbage between park and the course. Have found golf balls in my site, no netting to stop them flying in and damaging your property. Pass.

For Shady Acres RV Park: Oh so average. Deferred maintenance all over. Obviously no money has been spent here in a long time. Our electric box looked like the leaning tower of Pisa and delivered 102 volts. No masks in the office. Laundromat is public and all types use it, of course with no masks. Dog poop all over. Cockroaches scurrying around the garbage at night. Nobody cares, obviously. If you can’t find anything else because they are booked, it’s ok.

For Shady Acres RV Park: Their web site reservation system requires you to submit a request and wait for a response "within 48 hrs". If the response is a confirmation of your reservation request, that doesn't mean anything. I got an e-mail confirmation for my reservation request and when I arrived, the woman at the front desk rather rudely told me that the confirmation e-mail didn't matter, they were full because of the watermelon festival -- like I give a shit about their festival. She was generally rude and totally unapologetic that their reservation system automatically sends a confirmation for ALL reservation requests regardless of whether they have space or not.
