For KOA Holiday Moab: In September we paid $130 per night for weekend nights and $100 per night for weekdays. For these rates we expected better. WiFi was unusable. The connection was all but impossible to maintain. When we asked at the office we were told to look at the poles. The pole within 20 feet of our site was facing the other way and useless. The restrooms were not clean.

For KOA Holiday Moab: We stayed 4 nights. Campground very dusty. Sites close together but very manageable. Bathrooms not very clean, especially showers. Laundry facilities very odd. One section outside so no tables or baskets to get clothes from washer to dryer. Inside facility only had 2 working washers, not good for a campground of this size. Staff very helpful and friendly.

For KOA Holiday Moab: This KOA has everything advertised, however it’s tight, dusty and very expensive. The young lady at the desk quoted us $130 a night for full hookup. I been a member since 2005 and I was completely taken off guard! That’s outrageous!

For KOA Holiday Moab: Absolutely awful. Our “big rig” site with “amazing canyon views” was neither - unless big rigs are now 25’ and amazing views are junk yards. This was after we had to change our reservation by a day due to a weather delay (we added the day at the end of the reservation). They wanted to charge 100% for the day we missed and I had to threaten going to KOA corporate and park ownership to discuss their position. Only then did they “accommodate” our change without the charge. When we finally checked in we were led to a spot (that we paid extra for) that was somewhat level for about 25’ - then dropped at a 30 degree angle so there was NO way I could level our 43’ coach. There were NO views, and to sell as such is absolutely deceptive advertising. It seems as though the manager, Tonya, is only interested in income and doesn’t give a damn about her customers, although the guy driving the golf cart to show us the site was sympathetic and understood. I would NEVER recommend this park - especially with the current manager. Good luck if you choose to stay here.

For KOA Holiday Moab: Decent KOA, but we had a poor start to our stay. When checking in, the staff was a bit rude to us and those in front of us. We got the feeling we were inconveniencing them by being there. Even though we reserved far in advance and disclosed that we had a slide on the driver side, we were given a very tight spot. It took some back and forth before we could setup (had to fold back a few tree limbs and rest them on the passenger side of the RV) and after putting our slide out, we had about two inches to spare between us and the electric box. On the plus side, this is a great location just a few minutes from Arches, and equal distance to the Needles District and Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands.

For KOA Holiday Moab: Once in a while you get that real nice KOA and this was it. Friendly staff that keep the park well kept. Easy getting our 38' 5th wheel into our pull thru. Nice distance from next camper and easy to get to pool and outdoor fire pits and games area. 5 minutes from town, but we found that to be a good thing since it can crowded there. Will definitky stay here again. Usual wifi reception. We did buy a sim card router recently and this boosts the camps wifi. Highly recommend that

For KOA Holiday Moab: Lovely campground, my family and I thoroughly this KOA. We stayed in site 131 and found the accommodations excellent. Relatives of ours stayed in the cabins 30’ from our site and those were excellent as well. Easy pull-through sites for rigs of all sizes, large class A and 5th wheels fit in here with no problem. Dual water taps by each pedestal, level site, kids loved the heated pool and gaming area (cornhole). Only con that we noted is the WiFi can be a little slow. Aside from that, we loved staying here and highly recommend.
