For Sun Outdoors Arches Gateway: Terrible experience, paid for a premium spot, when i realized according to their park map that we were in a regular spot i pointed it out to them, Their response was no premium sites were available even though we booked 6 months in advance. No refund for the difference given either. Awnings touching neighbors if put all the way out and shared picknick tables. $61 a night for a regrettable experience. Ended up leaving a day earlier than our 4 nights.

For Sun Outdoors Arches Gateway: Great park close to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, and Dead Horse Point State Park. The park is very laid back. There is obviously a lot going on in the background to make it feel so laid back. The people at the store/ Front Office are very cordial and friendly. The grounds are well kept. I have given 5 stars but for the road conditions outside the park are a little annoying.(Completely NOT THEIR FAULT!) But, there is ongoing roadwork from the bridge crossing the Colorado River and ending in Moab. It makes finding the entrance difficult at times. we will absolutely be coming back here again.

For Sun Outdoors Arches Gateway: Forget paying the lock in site fee. They will just move you and make the poor volunteer lie to you about how the water is turned off but actually they moved a volunteer into your spot. We made our reservations 8 months in advance. For $63 dollars a night for 14 days you would think they would do better and not make you share a picnic table. Sun RV resorts is buying up everything in Moab so that is a bummer. They bring in so many rv volunteers that you can not even sit around and talk with your friends without them interrupting you to shoot the breeze. The poor volunteers are so bored that they have nothing else to do but harass you about where you parked the truck in this over crowded rv park. Just sad. Make this resort your last resort.

For Sun Outdoors Arches Gateway: Very convenient and quiet location in the heart of Moab. Very close to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, and Dead Horse State Park. It was very easy to make and modify our reservations via email. WiFi worked well. The ongoing construction in the park was not bothersome.

For Sun Outdoors Arches Gateway: GREAT location for visiting Aches and Canyonlands NPs. Level spots, clean bathrooms, relaxing hot tub after long days in the park. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Despite construction going on at the entrance, the staff kept us informed of any changes to routing, etc. We will be back!

For Sun Outdoors Arches Gateway: Nice enough park but at $97 per night for ourselves and 3 kids at this time of year with pool and hot tub closed - too pricey.

For Sun Outdoors Arches Gateway: Great place to stay. Close to Moab and Arches National Park. Try Sunset Grill for dinner. Amazing facilities- best we saw on our trip. I highly recommend.
