For OK RV Park: We've been here for 3 weeks and after driving around Moab and seeing most of the other RV Parks, I think we found the best RV Park in Moab. We have a wide, shaded and level site with full hookups including cable TV. I work full time from my motorhome and depend on a reliable Internet connection. This is the first park we've stayed at in five years with a reliable wifi connection that allows me to get my work done. It works all the time! I usually have to depend on my AT&T hotspot, but I haven't needed to do that as long as we've been here. The park is located in a nice quiet farming community. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is very reasonable. The park has been remodeled recently. The interior of the buildings look new and there is nice landscaping with lots of shaded grassy areas. The bathrooms are nice and clean with private shower areas. I can't say enough good things about this place, we really like it. We will stay here again and we recommend it to anyone staying in Moab.

For OK RV Park: The owners are violent & should be watched carefully!! ****** This is very long, but you will be glad you read it for your safety.******

I heard about the park via Passport America and the Allstays app and thought the reviews were ok, therefore while traveling on the way through Moab, I called to make a reservation. No one answered, so a voicemail was left and I proceeded to come by as it was late.

Entering the park, there were no markers of where you could park. A sign on the door advised to find an empty spot and pay when the office opened. I located a spot and later entered the office to settle up. I was charged the full regular $40 for a spot though nothing showed the rates before parking and Passport America was not honored. After deciding to take a dry spot since I already had a generator, water and no dump, I paid and drove around looking for the spot while the older male owner watched us through the window with "those staring eyes". It gave me the creeps. Finally he comes out and directs us to the spot and I call it a day to explore the area.

After coming back, the spot I'd paid for was taken and what was left was a patch of grass right next to the road. I called the number on the office door and a lady answered saying "how did you get this number!!!". After saying it was on the door, I was told to "get them to move out of your spot!". After calling the next number on the door, the female owner answered and said "well you DID pay for a dry spot". When advising it was right next to the road, I have a young child and being that close to the road isn't safe, she huffed and gave another spot for the night.

The next morning I was awaken by a fast, loud banging on the door. Scrambling out of pjs, I ran to the door and no one was there. I figured it was just kids but a few minutes later I get a call from the female owner to move since I'm in someone's spot who reserved. After I said sure and started preparing to move again, the loud banging was back in 10 seconds and I was yelled at by the older male owner "Your in somebody's spot and you've got to GET OUT NOW AND MOVE!!!".

I advised I was already called and was preparing to move right then ( put breakable items away to drive). Within 30 seconds, I heard scratching outside the window and looked out to see the owner was yanking out my power cord & shoving it back in its box.

I decided after seeing this guy yelling to GET OUT, the previous venomous stares through the window and the final yanking out of the power cord, ....it was time to go before I woke up with tires slashed or something else as crazy.

Now that you have read this (and yes it's all true), be careful if you decide to venture their. The grounds are nice, however the owners are unpredictable at best.

For OK RV Park: This is a very nice little park with nice views, tucked back from US 191 and only a few miles into downtown. It's very clean and well maintained with pull through sites with full hook ups. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Good wifi and cable access. Laundry is $1.75 to wash $1.50 to dry. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed overnight in a Motorhome.
