For Paradise RV Park: This is a very run down camp. If you’re well equipped then stay. Good water though . Be careful that the sewer dump at your site is in good working order. We were caught off guard and just about had a real mess.

For Paradise RV Park: I’m giving this a 4 star review because of the incredibly low price $18.95 per night for full hookup) the closeness to Bryce National Park and the very cute town of Panguitch. If you are selective,l you can find a scenic spot. This place could be very nice with just a little TLC! If you can overlook the abandoned vehicles scattered around and lack of on site management, it’s a great bargain!

For Paradise RV Park: Place looks abandoned and run down and although it is cheap place to stay it’s an awful Rv park. The owner only comes once or twice a week to pickup his money people put through the door and he’s a real asshole. Everyone who stays there says they have had encounters with him through the years. The bathrooms are nasty too. Find another place somewhere else we are!

For Paradise RV Park: This is an odd place - but still a great find!. As far as I can tell, no one will ever answer the phone because the owner actually runs a restaurant in another town. Therefore, there are no reservations; just first come first serve. The campsites themselves are okay, some are beautifully landscaped. There are some large picnic areas that have stone barbeque pits. But then there are also junk cars and old campers around the periphery of the property. It all runs on the honor system; there is a board on the front door of the office with some slips and envelopes and a sheet showing the incredibly cheap rates! You just fill out the slip, put the slip with your payment in the envelope, and slip it through the slot in the door. I don't know who picks up the envelopes but they were gone the next morning. And the rates are impossible to beat: FHU, for $111/week (includes tax). Nightly rate of $18.25. Who can argue with this? You're about 45 minutes from Bryce Canyon. We will certainly be back.

For Paradise RV Park: We stayed here one night on our way to Washington. This was our favorite place to camp. Nice, clean, private and beautiful hot showers. If in area again, this is where we will stay.

For Paradise RV Park: Least expensive camping in town. Dry camp about $12. Water and electric not much more. Owner is rarely there so you pick a spot, put your money in an envelope under the door and he picks it up later. Owner is a nice guy.

About 15 people stay there all summer and it's fun to get to know them.

Not a high-end resort but especially the dry campsites are very nice, with red rocks around them. He also has cabins for $25 per night. Good showers. Close to town and Bryce. The city has a lot going on and it's fun to go shopping there.

For Paradise RV Park: 40' class A with tow vehicle. Upon arriving, we had a strange encounter with the camp host. I selected this campground based on a recommendation and advice to request the less expensive 30-amp/water (no sewer) sites located behind the office - while not so spacious (which none of the sites are), you're less likely to have neighbors and because of cooler weather we wouldn't be running A/C so didn't need the extra power. When we requested one of these sites the camp host went ballistic telling me what I really wanted one of the 50-amp sites because of my rig size. She even crossed out the 30-amp sites on the campground map. She finally agreed when I stated I would go elsewhere. We didn't see the camp host again and we ended up staying 5 nights.

Overall a quiet place, close to Bryce and Red Canyons. This is kind of a strange place. For example, the restroom's fixtures were new and clean, but the ceiling and walls were covered with old pipes, broken paneling, and cobwebs. The landscaping was also very nice in some places, but then there were broken down cars and piles of junk in others. This somewhat characterizes the whole park.

Sites are gravel, narrow, and mostly level - some on the south side of the park are less level. Electricity cut out 2x during our stay - this was an electrical box problem. WiFi performance is poor. AT&T cellular performance is excellent, Verizon cellular is good. Credit Cards are not accepted - cash or check only. I'd probably stay closer to Bryce next time - AT&T coverage is good near the NP entrance.
