For Wilgus State Park: Lovely cozy park along the banks of the Connecticut River. 15 sites, 6 lean to’s and some group sites. Large spacious sites with privacy and trees in between but no electric or water hook ups. Most have a view of the river. Also have canoe rentals and fishing. Bath house clean and tidy, flush toilets but have pay showers. $.50 for five minutes with no signage or warning that the showers require quarters until you get in the stall. The only other downside is they require a two night minimum. $23 a night plus $8 res fee, a bit pricey. Super friendly and attentive staff. We have stayed here twice.
