For Rest N Nest Campground: Pros: The campsite is beautiful, but it is Vermont and most places are nice. Based on some of the reviews there seems to have been new ownership in the last couple of years. Our dealings with the owner has been great. He's been helpful, and hard working to fix issues that arrive. He's continuing to update the campground. The Wi-Fi which was just recently updated is the best I've ever seen, with speeds up to 300 Mbps! Able to receive packages. Plenty of shade. Pet friendly. Monthly activities. Cons: There are few 50 amp sites. Very few. This is mostly frustrating in the peak of summer, with the ability to only run one A/C in larger campers. Some issues in certain spots with consistent electricity. Had an issue where the main breaker kept flipping, but eventually the nights cooled and it wasn't an issue. The roads are a bit rough. The rain does a number on them. All in all we've enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back this way we would stay here again without question.

For Rest N Nest Campground: The woman was very nice and helpful. Mens bathroom was not very clean. Dumpster was full and smelled. Had to keep van windows closed.

For Rest N Nest Campground: Pros; bathrooms and showers clean, in good shape. Laundry is clean, nice. Overnight pull throughs are acceptable. Cons; where do i start. There are many seasonals here. That is their bread and butter. For the rest of us its tough going. The Roads are bad with many pot holes. The sites are not level and they need more hard pack. They say they have a 50 amp in the park but i don’t know where that is. The park is all 30 amp and its not good electricity. In the evening, when everybody is coming home from work you Can only run one thing such as the heat pump at a time or everything kicks out. The camp sites around their little lake are soft so it’s easy to sink in and their’s no sewage down there. The laundry although clean only has two washers and two dryers so they have a sign up list. Get on it early. My friends who used the shower told me they shut off after about 45 seconds so you are continuously turning back on. In conclusion i would say use this park if you have to for an overnight stay but go elsewhere if you can.

For Rest N Nest Campground: Park is decent. Kids are allowed to run rampant. So beware of the noise. Any visitors are required to pay to visit your site, which according to the new owners is the industry standard (it isn’t).

For Rest N Nest Campground: This is a great park! It is in a beautiful wooded setting with a very clean above ground pool and a really nice swimming pond. The owners couldn’t have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area!!

For Rest N Nest Campground: I called in July to make a reservation for Aug, Aug came around I called to pay ahead. I was literally yelled at becaus owner said we pulled a no show in July for the same exact dates I SAID in Aug. She told me I was wrong, I should of cancled my reservation then but had to be there for set dates. So I paid BIG mistake. After talking with my husband on how I was treated we decided we didnt want to stay there so called to cancle. This was 3 WEEKS in advance the husband was pleasant said ok until the wife says give me the phone all nasty then where she yells at me again for the missed July and tell me I am not getting my money back. I can choose to cancle but there is no way I'm getting my money. Then she states I can cancle and call the day b4 reservation and if my site was booked then she would refund me. I have never been spoken to by anyone the way this woman spoke to me. Well seeing how it was $258 we couldn't just eat the money so we didnt cancle. I then got off the phone went into my emails a found my online request that proved in July I requested Aug and sent it to her no apology for being treated that way. I expected like any business owner while we wer therr a apology.. Nothing. Husband was very nice , she acted like nothing had happened. Anyways the camp was nice site was big campers super friendly. Disliked the men and womans bathroom and showers wer in the same location inside literally door to door with locks that could be opened by outside with finger. I would of never sent even a teen to go to bathroom or shower alone nor did I feel safe to without wondering if some weirdo would come in. But anyways my husband went to shower and none of them worked luckly we had the camper. We will be coming to this area for 10 more years for this same event the way I see it that's 258 × 10 that they lose...pulled out a day early went to The pastures so glad we did The owners and campers are awesome never been to such a friendly place and we came alot and try many. Plus they do pontoon boat rentals excited to do today. And its $100 less for the week. Lobster food truck accross the st ia a MUST TRY! The best.

For Rest N Nest Campground: Very low water pressure. Only 30 amp. Site are wide but short. Very noisy, can see Hwy 91. Campground was almost full. Would not stay here again.
