For KOA Holiday Burlington: 0 star. Don’t go here! The manager that runs this place is extremely unprofessional with poor customer service. She aggressively confronted me, pointing her fingers in my face due to us visiting our family there too long, when we were there for not even an hour. There was a miscommunication regarding our pass to enter the property and the manager was making a scene in front of my two small children. The neighbors near by were shocked by how she treated us. I understand they have rules and guidelines, which I respect, but there’s a civil way to approach matters than screaming in my face in front of my children. Apparently there’s a very strong no visitor policy on weekends. Needless to say, as a perspective camper, I will never go back.

For KOA Holiday Burlington: This place should really get a "no" Star. It is wet and very very expensive. We wanted to stay a month and was told we could get a deal for stay long term, yea some deal $1,250 and everything was closed down. We had a friend come to see us during the one day we were there and they charged him $5.00. Wifi ...? well there isn't any we could connect to. Office was always closed and the staff had a "No Care" attitude This is by far the worst KOA we have ever stayed.

For KOA Holiday Burlington: They only got a one star because that was the lowest I could chose. First you pay premium $60 a night for full hook and end up to getting parked in the Volleyball/Basketball field, so it's noisy all day and well into the night with no quiet time enforcement with basket balls being bounced off your rig. Our site was the backside of the pool building where the hookups making power/water was a last minute thought and the sewer connection is 30' away and really just a clean out port for the restrooms, not really a dump port.. So,bring you longest sewer extension possible. The park is small, congested and crowded with Canadians, so you have to lock everything up. The Staffs ability to help ranged from inept to just plain disorganized, and dysfunctional. Access maneuvering around the park is tight for Big rigs. It just a lot of $$$ for nothing all that special..

For KOA Holiday Burlington: This is one you want to skip.
No water pressure, Wi-Fi didn't work,
Cable had poor reception And only two sites have 50amp service.
