For Seaquest State Park: We stayed in the small campground that had hookups. Very close to neighbors, gravel sites separated by small patches of grass. We have AT&T and had poor reception. Not nearly as scenic and pretty as the dry camping areas. But close to the visitor center which is worth a visit. We drove up to see the other centers. The observatory was closed because of a landslide. But we stopped at various pull outs and were able to get clear views of the mountain. Lots of hiking available . I would have given this 4 stars if the spots we were in were farther apart and more scenic.

For Seaquest State Park: Picturesque park. The park is divided into three separate communities: yurt village, RV Park (tightly packed) and camping loop. We stayed dry camping in the camping loop. Sites are very private with lots of vegetation in between them and the park has numerous hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the 1 mile wetlands boardwalk loop at the entrance. The only problem we had was trying to find tokens for the pay showers. Signage was incorrect. Additionally the park is pricey considering it does not include showers. Apparently all Washington state parks have pay showers by token.

For Seaquest State Park: The camp sites are very spacious and quite private among old growth timber, smells heavenly. We found our favorite. We have a 30 ft 5th wheel and will definitely be back.

For Seaquest State Park: Good state park with some tent camping, and some full hookups. They also have yurts for rent. Group pavilions were closed down for Covid.

For Seaquest State Park: Nice park w/ lots of hiking trails in forest. Across road from Mt St. Helens education/interpretive center which is accessed by trail with tunnel under road. Campsites have somewhat unusual fee structure based on amenities and popularity from $20 to $40 in price. Stayed 9/27/18 and all loops were open, following week in 10/4/18 when stayed upper and lower loops had been closed. Approx. 52 mile drive from CG to Johnston ridge observatory for Mt St Helens, which was a good road for Motorhome travel and definitely worth the trip.
