Michael P

For Deer Park RV Resort: If you are heading to this park from Spokane do not follow their guidance through Spokane. There is an underpass 13’ 6” high on the Allstay & park routing. Our coach was 13’3” and we cleared only scraping our flex radio antenna. Regarding the park we found the reviews positive and negative to be correct. Pretty setting, a lot of open space, but the majority of the park is filled with full time locals with 5th wheels outdoor propane tanks (you get the idea). The park would be wise to move the vacationing public away from the locals. Not into segregation but folks are staying for different purposes, and I don’t need to have a guy being a mechanic on his rig all day next to me while I’m trying to enjoy vacation. This actually happened!

For Deer Park RV Resort: Nice large level cement or gravel pads. Very well manicured landscape with lots of grass. With lots of grass comes lots of sprinklers! Some lots are owned.
Very quiet most of the time. Lots of Big Rigs.
Dog friendly and has 2 dog parks and off leash area.
Close to the small town of Deer Park and not far from Spokane, Coeur d' Alene and Newport, ID.
We stayed for a Month$880 in a class a Motorhome.
Good services except wifi which they are upgrading.

For Deer Park RV Resort: Real nice spacious campground. Clean, quiet. Right next to a golf course. Nice staff. Security code to enter grounds after hours as well as to enter bathrooms. Great wi-fi. Trees and picnic tables are at a premium, but no big deal to us. We just moved a table from site next to us. Camped for 3 nights at end of September so park was sparse with other campers. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

For Deer Park RV Resort: This is a little gem! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The grounds are meticulously maintained and everyone takes great pride of ownership in this park! This quiet gated RV park has a cute little play area for the kids, two dog "parks", a pool, club house, laundry, showers and daily trash pick up. All while on an 18 hole golf course (Deer Park Golf Club) which is also very well maintained. All sites and roads are paved with plenty of room for big rigs and generously spaced from neighbors! And all just 18 miles from Spokane and about 40 miles from Coeur D'Alene. We will definitely be back!!!
