For Alpine RV Park and Campground: Close to town so easy walk. Hosts are fantastic. I had a small issue and they were very responsive to make it right. Highway noise but I didn’t notice it at night. I’d definitely stay again.

For Alpine RV Park and Campground: Very nice hosts and close to Front Street. Good Verizon coverage (3 bars). I give it only two stars because of highway noise, no grass, dusty, and not even enough room to let out my canopy without infringing on my neighbor, no picnic tables (not enough room and too dirty) However the $40 standard back in beats the local KOA by about $20.

For Alpine RV Park and Campground: This was a terrific find. Great welcoming hosts. Site was fine, gravel and fairly level. Very clean and close to the downtown. Hosts are local so they steered us to wonderful dining. Would stay here again.

Dustin

For Alpine RV Park and Campground: PRO: 1. Is an easy, less than 1 mile, walk to Front St, which is where all the tourist attractions are located in the town of Leavenworth.
2. Easy to find. Right off of Hwy 2.
3. Overall the park is clean and well kept.
4. Full hook ups available with 30 amp service.
5. Staff is very friendly. It took a couple voicemails back and forth, but we got a reservation locked in eventually. They always called back after I left a voicemail. Just be sure to leave your name, phone number and trailer size and/or party size.

CONS: 1. Entire park is next to Hwy 2, which has a lot of traffic. There is no escaping the road noise, or random trucker exhaust brake, at all hours. A sound barrier wall would go a long way for this park.
2. The campground has a pitch to it, so spots 21-30 are on the low end where most of the water can accumulate in puddles and soft ground.
3. Entire park is finely crushed gravel. Can make a mess of things in your trailer.
4. Paying extra for a fire pit is kind of a joke. It's a small hole in the ground with some rocks around it. I make these every time I go disbursed camping. And... I almost expect a fire pit at every park I go to. Camping and fires go hand in hand.
