The park is extremely clean.
Large well spaced sites
Full hookups
Easy River access
4 miles to Wenatchee
15 miles to Leavenworth
The Bad:
Really noisy
Freeway in Front
Railroad in back( don’t believe them when they say the train doesn’t run at night)
Checking in takes forever
If you are just interested in Leavenworth, consider Lake Wenatchee State Park. I’m

For Wenatchee River County Park: Well maintained, by the Wenatchee River. Sites are good size and staff are friendly and helpful. We love staying here but because of demand, you need to make reservations well in advance.

For Wenatchee River County Park: Very nicely maintained park. Pleasant staff. Tobacco free. Stayed here for 3 nights in a 40’ 5th wheel with PA discount during weekdays in Oct. Would stay again at discount price but road is indeed noisy. Not too bad at night though. Nice basecamp to explore both Wenatchee and Leavenworth.

For Wenatchee River County Park: Amazing camp site. Everything is clean and restrooms and showers were very clean. It’s next to the river with plenty of open area to walk around. They also have a volleyball court and playground. They cut the grass weekly and water it nightly so it’s a lush green park when everywhere else is all dried out from the weather. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it’s next to a train which can get pretty loud.

For Wenatchee River County Park: A very well-maintained campground with very friendly and helpful management. Close to Wenatchee, WA, the Wenatchee River, and the Columbia River. A super RV park in all respects except for the extremely loud road noise from the North and the not-quite-as-loud train noise from the South. Good for an overnight stop while on the road, but far too noisy for an extended stay.
