For Oceana RV & Camping Resort: When you drive in it looks grim. There are only a few full hookup sites at the front by the highway. The back by the beach is water and electricity only. These sites are in a large circle around an open middle area. I picked the north side of the circle. I have a large back window that opens and the ocean breeze came right through the woods to the window. Also I was backed up to the woods. So I sort of focused on that and not the very close neighbors and general ugliness of the park. There is a path through the woods to the beach. A very short distance away is a driving access to the beach. There is absolutely nothing else to do. The closest real grocery store is in Hoquiam. I was able to get enough Verizon with my very large booster for text work and to stream onto my phone. I could not upload large photos. There is no good Verizon signal anywhere nearby.

For Oceana RV & Camping Resort: Rundown. Overpriced. Unpleasant. Spots very close together. Paid $60 for FHU and only spot left was sewer but 30amp right on main road, no gate, across from dump station. We opted for e/w spot instead which we overpaid for. New rule, they reject all packages that aren’t meds or RV parts! They sent several of our packages back without notice to us! They now charge $5 for each package and charged us for delivery of kids school books! NO GO for a FULL-TIME family.

For Oceana RV & Camping Resort: The name “resort” is a stretch...fairly level dirt/gravel/grass sites. A short trail takes you over the dunes to the shore which is the real attraction here. Clean but dated facilities, they did have a raised area for kids to play. Sites are close together but just enough room for our coach (36’) but not really for our vehicle.

For Oceana RV & Camping Resort: Member of thousand trails so able to stay for free. Quick trail to the ocean. Lots of sites with water and electric. Limited with septic. Showers were hot, facilities dated but clean. Internet was reasonably priced, $15 for 3 days, but not realizable. Kept dropping the signal. Was tedious at best trying to do homework. Daughter was able to stream ok on Netflix.
