For Flowing Lake County Park: I agree with previous reviewer, although we had no issues driving through all campground roads to survey and choose a campsite. Just follow the signs and you’ll be fine. Large, well separated gravel sites with power and water in a dense forest. Hard to beat that!

For Flowing Lake County Park: This place is absolutely beautiful! Felt like being in Jurassic Park. Huge huge ferns and big old trees. Probably one of those most gorgeous parks I’ve been to. Plus the showers are really hot and the hosts are SO nice! There are, however, no sewer hookups and the layout of the park is a little strange. There is nowhere to turn around so when you go around the one winding “loop” be SURE to pay attention. Upon arriving I went one path too far and had to leave the park entirely and drive for MILES and miles of backroads before I could find a place to turn around and go back. It was a mild disaster. But the park and the lake are so beautiful it was more than worth it. 100% will be back.
