For Council Grounds State Park: Nice park, but sites are not very level. There are some that are ok. I was in site 37 with my motor home and would have had to level the front up by almost 15 inches. Sites 32 to 37 are on a slope. Maybe able to level with a travel trailer. The park manager was very helpful in finding me another site, that’s why I gave it 4 stars.

For Council Grounds State Park: Nice clean park. Not crowded in lat August with nice clea bathrooms. The only drawback was that some of the sites were not all that level.
