Management is not on site and most of the occupants appear to be permanent. Property is run down and swarming with gnats and mosquitoes - bring bug repellent! We were supposed to have site #11 but it was difficult to locate. I left 2 messages for the manager before he finally called me back. Site #11 then had issues with the electrical box so we had to use the site #12 box. $25.00/night for water and electric only and no wifi is not a great value. Private bathrooms were unclean and hot. $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry is decent.
