For KOA Holiday Harpers Ferry: 3 Stars for Allstays Review: OK but nothing noteworthy. Only distinguishing factor is location close to Harpers Ferry National Battlefield park. This KOA is very congested and sites crowded together. Had to disconnect Fiat from 25’ Coach to fit. Site was narrow and needed more gravel coverage to keep from tracking dirt into RV. Good amenities at KOA including coffee café.

DKN

For KOA Holiday Harpers Ferry: As stated in other reviews. Sites are very tight and most are not level. Some some with such a steep grade it's impossible to level at all in a large rig. I expect more from a KOA.

On a positive note. Amenities and camp ground attractions are stellar.

Charley

For KOA Holiday Harpers Ferry: Stayed here for 3 days. Tight spaces (37 ft. Motor home pulling a jeep) and could not fit into the site they put us on but the very friendly staff switched us with no problem. Luckily it was not a busy time. Could walk to the Harpers Ferry attractions from camp if you are up for a mile or two hike. Could walk to a local tavern and grill. The laundry was very dirty. Would stay here again but definitely not do laundry!

AAC

For KOA Holiday Harpers Ferry: Dirty, neither wifi nor cable worked. Very tight spots. Not up to standards expected at a KOA.

Doug & Di

For KOA Holiday Harpers Ferry: Staff, not friendly, arrived after dark, no escort to site. reserved full hook-upside, site had no sewer, back to office, after a 1/2 hour they did give us a site with all hook-ups. sites are so close the next sites sewer was under out picnic table. arrived on tuesday, bathroom was not cleaned till Saturday afternoon, left Monday, was not cleaned since Saturday.
$8.00 a day resort fee! wi-fi ok till park filled up on the weekend, unusable then.Extra charge for 4th & 5th guest, although site was good for 6 people. Had to pull in slid-out so 5th wheel could make the turn on to the street. Cable was terrible. Park is not maintained well.
Run by a corp, not family owned. Staff was not concerned about much of anything. Worst KOA we have ever stayed at.
