Tailgunner

For KOA Journey Buffalo: All KOA operators should come here to see how it is done. Beautiful setting, very well maintained . Roads in the campground are better than the roads leading to it! Level gravel sites long enough for our Motorhome to stay connected to our TOAD. Clean. Quiet. The tent sites back up to a tranquil creek. Caravan guests have their own section. Just a great place.

Barbara

For KOA Journey Buffalo: Typical KOA. Expensive. Was worth it as we needed full hook-up and laundry services. Spent 2 nights that were pleasant. Family oriented, large pool and kids stuff close by. All the people working there were family. Friendly, courteous and helpful.

Tooley

For KOA Journey Buffalo: Warning! Under new ownership/management! The staff here are not friendly!! Had a situation that is too lengthy to go into details. The staff handled it immaturely. One lady in particular(I think the owner) spoke to me in a condescending and snarky manor! Myself and 2 other patrons were shocked at the way it was handled! There are sites right on the road(road noise). There is a creek at the back of the property that most sites can’t see. The mosquitoes were bad. The only positive was strong Wifi

Waypoint

For KOA Journey Buffalo: Easy access, nice people. Stayed in a back in spot in a 34 MH and barely had room to park Jeep. Very, very tight spaces. Try for a pull thru in the back, more room. Ok for a few nights though.

Suz

For KOA Journey Buffalo: Nice, clean campground! Bathhouse was clean as well. They had a little gift shop with cute stuff and good ice cream. It’s a little tight getting in and out but an experienced driver should have no issues. We liked that they had a little dog park and walking trail since we’ve been on the road and our pup needed some exercise. Great for a one night stay passing through!

LD

For KOA Journey Buffalo: Nice park. $72.00 per night just two of us & no pets. Clean laundry facilities & nice showers. Our 50 amp never did work and neither did the Wi-Fi at our site.
