For Phillips RV Park: Really nice smaller, family-owned RV park. Darla met us at the office and check-in was quick. Park was well maintained. We stayed in a long, level pull-thru. Lots of trees but none with low branches or in the way maneuvering. There is a playground and large open grassy area. We didn’t use bath house or laundry facilities. Since it was cold and we had windows closed, we didn’t hear road noise or trains, both are nearby. Evanston has a Walmart and a large Ace Hardware. We travel in a 42’ Class A with a toad.

For Phillips RV Park: Nice cozy park. Tight maneuvering for 45’ motorhome but doable. Pull throughs are too short to remain hooked. Some low soft branches. Feels like a solid $35 - they’re charging $48. No real alternatives nearby. Great Mexican restaurant 2 blocks away. Park was full on a Friday night.

Jill

For Phillips RV Park: Older park with big trees. Great Mexican restaurant next-door. It’s an easy walk to the fairgrounds, and the fair is the first couple weeks of August. There was a discount for cash that seem to be either 10% or 20%. I think it changed to 10% after the good Sam 10% discount. Lots of freeway noise and a few trains.

For Phillips RV Park: Stayed here in May 2022 for just one night. Our site was level and nicely wooded. Would stay here again.

For Phillips RV Park: Will. Stay here again. Previous review is spot on with us as well. Does have a train nearby that runs all night, but no train whistles. Bath house was clean andvery usuable. Tip Google GPS said exit 6 then changed it’s mind and had us do Exit 3. Both will get you there, but Exit 6 is closer

For Phillips RV Park: The reviews on this park a spot on. All gravel both roads and sites. Utilities were good but the sewer drop had no threads. The office was closed but we were met at the window. They offer a 20% discount for cash. Most of the park traffic was like us in/out overnight.

For Phillips RV Park: One night stop... Easy off and on. Site level, no threads on sewer connection. Area to walk dogs. Showers okay, didn’t use laundry. Highway and train next to rv but I sleep with ear plugs. WiFi worked very well. Best part was the Mexican restaurant next door. (Jalisco’s)
