For Colter Bay RV Park: Nicest campground we stayed at in 23 days. Quiet, nice sized sites, bid rigs ok, friendly staff, lots to do, so much within walking distance. Lake to swim in, rocky beach( you are in the mountains). Also you are in bear country so don’t leave anything food related outside when not in use. No campfires but again you are in a dry mountainous area prone to forest fires. Hikes near the campground around Swan Lake where we were able to see black bear and cubs at a SAFE distance. We had full hookups. Nice bathrooms, laundry and shower house. Easy drive to the lower portion of Yellowstone if you want to drive up and back. A little pricey, but they do except senior NP passes. A lot of bang for your buck. Nice restaurant within walking distance. Also recommend the breakfast boat ride to Elk Island.

Mark

For Colter Bay RV Park: We stayed at the RVPark. Very close to the marina for fishing, boat tours and rentals. We were there three days and ended up adding another day. Facilities were clean and had pay showers and laundry. Staff was fairly friendly but don’t leave your outdoor stove or bbq out during the day unattended it will be taken by the staff you will get it back but it is a little embarrassing pulling your stuff out of the check in building. Will however be back again

Brian

For Colter Bay RV Park: Stayed in the dry sites. They sure do pack you in for $31. Neighbors on all sides about 20-30ft away Toilets were clean showers cost $4.25/per person which is rather silly. It's about 40min to get to the hikes down near Jenny lake. Also, no AT&T signal. Would not stay here again.

Daveanddar

For Colter Bay RV Park: Loved this place. We did not have reservations, but were able to get in for three days during the busy season (it doesn’t hurt to ask, they must get cancellations). For being in a national park, we thought the spaces were nicely spaced, ours was level, and there were plenty of trees and a table. The village had a well stocked and reasonably priced grocery store, restaurants and a big laundry and pay showers. We had full hookups, so we didn’t use the showers or bathrooms nearby. The location was also great for visiting all of grand Teton.

Eyedoc

For Colter Bay RV Park: Lovely campground, wooded, quiet. Large laundromat with staff.
Our pull through site was not perfectly level but not difficult.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was so grateful for their help when we had to leave suddenly for a medical emergency. They helped us unhook and were genuinely concerned. We hope to go back sometime.

Patti

For Colter Bay RV Park: Called at 8am for a site that day and was pleasantly surprised they had one with full hookups.

Campground right on the lake and an easy walk from site.

Didn't use restrooms or showers. We use the one in the camper.

Great park. We will stay here again.

Mcpowder

For Colter Bay RV Park: After staying in Fishing Bridge Campground in Yellowstone, this place was a disappointment.
Sites are well shaded but are not level. Took 4 blocks under the front tires to barely level.
Showers are not in the RV Park. Short walk to get to them. The showers cost $4.25/person!! (Fishing Bridge gives you 2 showers/day) Site prices are nearly the same.
Would recommend you stay in Yellowstone and drive down to see the Grand Tetons.
We won't stay here again.
