For Riverside RV Park: I have no idea why the reviews for this place are good. The staff is nice, but that is just about the only good thing. There are pretty much zero amenities. The bathroom and laundry facilities were closed (they also looked disgusting so probably wouldn’t have used them anyway). There is no clubhouse or gathering area. Only three or four sites actually have shade. The Wi-Fi sucks. The bugs are horrible. Also, if you have dogs this is not the place for you. There are burrs everywhere and no place for them to use the bathroom. Been on a 3000 mile road trip, and this is by far the worst place. We were supposed to be here for 2 nights, but decided to leave after one night. There was no point in staying here any longer than we have to.

For Riverside RV Park: Stayed for 3 nights at this 3 generation family owned campground. Cheryl, the owner, was a very pleasant person. Campground was very quiet except for the occassional train passing by across the Hams Fork river, which runs past the campground. Had cable TV with four channels: ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox. All channels came in clear. The site I had was FHU and Pull thru as were most of the sites. There were some trees at this park, but they are not yet fully mature. They do not hav e any shower or bath facilities so be sure you have a self contained RV. Their WiFi is secure and Verizon signal was 4G at 3 bars. This park is close to Fossil Butte National Monument, which has over 300 fossils in their visitor center. Also, you can visit and shop in the first J. C. Penny store to be opened in 1902. J.C. Penny lived in Kemmerer and his humble house nearby the store is usually open for tours. However, it was closed due to the pandemic while I visited. I would visit this park again for a 2 or 3 night stay.

For Riverside RV Park: Very quiet and a great place for an overnight stay. No restrooms or fancy amenities but clean and friendly. I’d stay here again.

For Riverside RV Park: This quite, clean, family owned,RV Park is a well kept secret. Seems people with children stay somewhere else. Only nine miles from The Fossil Beds National Monument makes this the perfect choice!
