Old mobile home park. One common bathroom attached to a laundromat. Quite and ok for one night. No cable or antenna reception. Water hookup has old jacket stuffed in the hole to keep it from freezing. It was so unappealing we didn't hook it up to it. Used our on-board water instead. Guy running the place was friendly. Won't be back.
