For Three Palms RV Park: This is not an RV park.
It is a trailer park with a couple overnight guest sites in sort of a tough area of town.
No showers, no laundry, pool closed.
It is close to Hwy 99 with easy access. It has new electric hook-ups and sites are level.
Very expensive for what you get ($48/night), but you have few choices in Fresno.
Constant background traffic noise due to close proximity to Hwy 99.
Occasional ground shaking noise due to proximity to major RR tracks
