Crystal Lake RV Resort

This place is the worst. Office staff is so incredibly rude. Office staff will degrade you, steal from people when deposits don't get returned and they have no clue what happens in the park. Old outdated rvs that are very unkept. Many rules that dont apply to everyone. Yards are overgrown and unkempt. Vehicles broken into and you are never notified of those instances. Pool is always out of order. Use a water filter because water has a brown tint to it. If you have any issues after hours there is no one to contact. Office says open til 5pm but is always closed by 4pm. This place has potential but putting up with management just isn't worth it. Angela and Lilly are just the worst thing that has happened to this place.
