For Boice Cope County Park: Don’t be here when the wind chasers are here. Can be bullies. Sites are all messed up. Three people said that we were in there spot. 14 days means per spot. So some are here as long as the wind is. It’s musical spots everyday. Place is a mess. Different times for check in and check out on web than at park. The wind surfers are the kings of this beach the rest not so welcome.

For Boice Cope County Park: One of my top favorite campgrounds of all time! The setting is fantastic, on a beautiful quiet lake right behind the dunes. Great place for birds and easy access to an amazing beach. Coin showers hot and plenty long for six quarters. They have a laundry. Beautiful hikes available from here. We were in a 24’ RV, on our way down the coast. Not crowded at all, very nice people. The host, Meaghan, was friendly and easy-going, so helpful. This would be a great place for people looking to spend some time sinking in to the beautiful environment. Wish we could have stayed longer.

For Boice Cope County Park: I stayed in a truck camper starting Feb.3 until Feb. 16, 2022. I was in site 4 which is fairly level. I had just enough room for my camper (camper off) and truc,k. The campground roads and sites are asphalt and form a circle. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. As you come into the park sites face the lake and ocean however there are also RV sites right across the road which may ruin the otherwise nice view. My site had water and electricity. The sites are close but there is a nice center area. Crowding was not a problem as only a few other campers were in the park. Great walk to the ocean and nice little lake. The trees and hills made using my satellite impractical. The park's WIFIl was good for email. I used my mobile devices and both AT@T and Verizon MIFI were able to provide me with internet enough for movies and so forth most of the time. Bandon Fitness was a good small gym for 25$ per week. Facilities were clean and keep up. Camp host was helpful and pleasant and I also like her dog Dude. Unlike most of the RV parks along 101 this campground did not get road noise just the sound of the surf. I would stay here again in the off season.

For Boice Cope County Park: You have the ocean and Flores lake a short distance from the campground. The lake is where people come from all over the US to kiteboard. We sat for hours and watched the kiters fly across the lake. The RV sites have water and electric. There is a dump station on the property. There are a couple of easy trails along the border of the lake and tougher trail through the sand along the ocean. There is free wifi that is faster than most places we've been. The is bathroom and showers are clean. The two camp hosts Meghan and Heather are awesome at taking care of campers. The best part is the sunsets and the roar of the ocean all night. We stayed longer than we planned because it was a special place for us.

For Boice Cope County Park: I was so surprised at this campground after reading the reviews. I feel like we are talking about different locations. I generally love city park campgrounds. This is one of the worst. It is expensive and really crowded. It is a perfect place for kite surfers with the lake so close. Beach just a short hike away. But it is so crowded with tents everywhere. This is NOT a quiet and serene campground. It is a convenient place to stay if you are a kite surfer and want to bond with others of the same mind. Price is high for what you get. Everything, including the dump, is an add on to your nightly price. We paid $35 for no hookups with an RV site ~22 feet long. We pulled in forward and our table was in front of our hood and our fire pit to the left. The table right next to our door belonged to the neighbors so putting up the awning couldn’t be done. No place to pitch a tent except for next to the neighbor’s table. I would pass on this one unless you kite surf.

For Boice Cope County Park: Great little RV park, we happened upon this place while seeking cleaner air during the 2020 Oregon wild fires. Great place to stay. all the amenities i.e. restrooms, showers, laundry, elect & water hookups w/dump station. $ inexpensive at $25night. Quiet place to stay right on Flora Lake and adjacent the beach - how much better could it get. Located a ways off 101, WIFI is available at camp site, cell service was weak (needed to be boosted), pets welcome (on leash), friendly and helpful camp hosts. Can be reserved & paid on-line, we called morning of and drove in (paid in cash, site can't take CC). We would recommend this place & we would love to stay here again when all the smoke clears.

For Boice Cope County Park: This is the kind of place that’s so nice you don’t want to leave a review out of fear others will find it. A perfect oasis off the beaten path with a lake for windsurfing, kite surfing, stand up paddleboarding, sailing a small sunfish. There are several hikes in the area and a long, endless beach. The campground is pristine. Just do me a favor and keep this one or little secret!
