For Bayport RV Park and Campground: A reasonable alternative to other options in this area, but not at a bargain price. Study the website information carefully before choosing a site in the winter months. Only some sites offer a freshwater connection in the winter, many have the water turned off. This is not very obviously shown on the webpage that displays the availability of sites, you have to pay special attention to the webpage contents to find that info. You will have a difficult time getting a site in the off-season by just driving in planning to visit the office, because the office has very limited hours, and there is no way to self-pay for a site at the park. When the office is closed you will need to use the website to find an available site, and pay online. You will get an emailed receipt. The park rules state there is a $50 fine for not displaying your receipt in your windshield, but do you travel with a printer so you can print the emailed receipt? I did not have my little portable printer this trip so just did not worry about it. There was no camp host or anyone else who ever checked the occupied sites for receipts, as far as I could tell. The park info advertises a restroom building with (pay) showers, and wifi, but I didn’t need or use those services, do cannot comment on them. The sites were all reasonably level, spaced an adequate but not generous distance apart, and looked clean and well maintained. There were about 10 to 12 sites occupied, only one with a vehicle/rv that looked quite a bit more worn and well used than the rest. None of the occupied sites had any odd or unsightly materials in them. So possibly the park management has made efforts at improving on what some previous reviewers have made negative comments about.

For Bayport RV Park and Campground: This was a nice park but sadly it’s starting to look like a homeless camp. Run down RV’s with household junk outside and blue tarps. The website says there are restrictions to the number of days allowed but the last few times we have stayed here, it’s some of the same old rundown rigs and mess still here.

For Bayport RV Park and Campground: I really enjoyed the park. My only concern were a couple of RVs that seem to be working the system. Left for a couple of days, came back and by the looks of things they are semi permanent...
an on-site dump would sure be nice.
Thanks

For Bayport RV Park and Campground: Very clean, newly reconditioned sites. All sites back-in. Appears to be about 6 sites that will accommodate big rigs. Stayed with 2014 Cedar Creek 36CKTS Fifth Wheel. Lots of room in Site #5.

For Bayport RV Park and Campground: Great place! Clean, quiet and close to all your needs and FUN.
No dump, but nice restrooms, so no big deal.
