For Eunice Municipal Recreation Area: We were here Feb. 26, 2020. Very nice open loop with 5 hookups. Many other sites near lake w/o hookups. Clean, far from the road, and quiet. We had problems with two of the five Electricial pedestals-unacceptably low voltage-kicked off our EMS. I will try notify the town of the problem.
Watch for the nasty stickers in the grasses if you have a dog

For Eunice Municipal Recreation Area: It's free but it's completely rundown, and the gas fumes are so bad I can't stay here; I'm afraid I would die in my sleep

For Eunice Municipal Recreation Area: Nice park for free. Rating is based in part keeping that in mind. Its a bit old and tired but its way above boondocking in blm land. 3 night stay no questions. Permit beyond 3 days obtainable at city hall.
Toilets are portapots. Grills are gone. Shaded tables. Lake is cute but need license to fish per state law. On site caretaker. Was windy on our stay. Its a safe place to spend the night. Quiet too.
