For Stecoah Valley RV Resort: Tom and Sally were extremely gracious and easy to communicate with regarding our stay. We came in a day early and a part of the day early, which was no problem for them. Huge concrete pads were easy to get to the setting, is so serene, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We enjoyed the fire flies and all the birds they brought a fire pit to our campsite. we have Verizon cell service with one to two bars of LTE so we’re able to stay in contact with friends and family as we traveled. Did some great day drives and hikes. Getting to Stecoah Rv Resort was extremely easy, no tight turns or big hills. The campsites are old, but then rented out. They were plenty of friendly owners that were a pleasure to talk with while we were here. Small little stream next to the swing was lovely. There are still sites for sale and undeveloped with just stone pads. Easy, beautiful drive to Fontana dam and Tapoco lodge- great destination for a mountain drive to lunch or dinner. Dogs welcome!!

For Stecoah Valley RV Resort: This is a great place! Easy drive in and out, no hills to clime. The spots are huge! People are friendly! Weather is beautiful, pet friendly ( on leash and pick up after your dog) but no dog park. No laundry facilities, short drive to Any nearby city for that. Wrapped in beautiful mountains and easy access to many wonderful hiking trails, waterfalls, boat ramps, small old, Main Street shopping, good restaurants, lakes, white water rafting, zip lines, guided fly fishing and tubing. We love it here for location. It doesn’t have resort amenities, no pools, no playgrounds no games rooms, no shuffle boards. Pavilions have picnic tables but you can request a table to be brought to your site. 2 camp hosts are always willing to give help or suggestions. Mowed regularly and beautiful firefly show at dusk in June. Live concerts down the road on Saturday Nights and crafty ladies meet on Friday morning at Stecoah Arts Center. July Parades and fun events near by. Craft fairs scattered around in late summer and fall. Casino is 25 minutes away too. Can’t stress enough that this location is central to everywhere in great Smokey Mountains.

For Stecoah Valley RV Resort: Kind of a higher end place or at least trying to be.
