For Homestead RV Park: Update on the price - $45. Not very nice either. A parking lot along a busy highway. Down the highway is another place called Quiet and Peaceful RV park. Full hookups for $25. The hosts were very nice.

For Homestead RV Park: Perfect overnight stay on 9/30/21, very clean bathrooms and showers, very quiet. Very accomadating as we called ahead, but arrived late at night.

For Homestead RV Park: It’s pretty much a gravel lot, but we had a great stay. The hostess, Jenny was friendly, responsive and helpful. The restrooms were VERY clean. The showers were nice and warm even if automatic shutoff took some management. We paid $38 for one night.

For Homestead RV Park: Very friendly, helpful and professional staff & owner, Mark, dedicated to making the park a destination where he would like to stay. The all gravel, drive in look to the park is misleading. The spaces are wide and level; toilets, showers & laundry facilities are the cleanest I have ever seen and seem to be kept that way all day long. Everything looks upgraded and I’m sure owner would add some greenery if not for the lack of rain needed for upkeep. Ended up staying two nights, would stay here again if we ever come through these parts.

For Homestead RV Park: Great place for an overnight stay. Big pull thru spaces, FHU, level sites. It’s clean and well kept. Would stay here for an overnighter again. WiFi and satellite were good.

For Homestead RV Park: Stayed 1 night in November 2017. Campground is all gravel with no grass to be found. Host fast and friendly during check-in. Restrooms spotless...best I ever found. Sites level and WiFi worked well. Would stay again.

For Homestead RV Park: Very nice newer park. Spacious pull through sites and very clean shower and laundry facilities. The owners went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, and were helpful with my travels into the Colorado snow the next day. I would stay here again.
