Very rough. Too close to I-40, so very noisy. Power and water worked fine, but many potholes to drive around. Needs MAJOR improvements, so don’t recommend. This CG has all bad ratings, why does Allstays let it remain on their website?

If noise is an issue don’t stay here. Road noise from I40 and trains thought out the night. The park needs a facelift. Animal friendly. Pull through site was level and clean. Full hookups worked. 30 amp and 50 amp service. Water pressure was acceptable for RVs. RV Park accepted Goodsam membership. Saved $5 for the overnight stay.

We did not stay, so I can't attest to the hookups or noise. We drove in, took a look, and decided it was not a place we wanted to stay with kids. It's overpriced ($25), run down, and most spots are occupied by long term residents. My advice: move along!

The rv site is run-down and in need of major repairs. Most working sites are occupied by permanent residents. The saving grace is the friendly and helpful residents and staff you will find here.

Site is looks old and run down. Most sites are monthly or inoperable. Right next to a busy highway (I could feel the vibrations passing semis.). Over priced at any rate.y advice is to keep driving.
