For Collin Park Marina: RULES, RULES, RULES... We read the reviews which were older about the rules this park has. ALOT! $5 fine for one wheel of car on grass, etc... you sign the rules contract prior to admittance...
Will not stay again for $38 price...

For Collin Park Marina: A lot of the campers here have lived here for a long time. There are very few shaded spots. Several spaces have no sewer hook ups. Most spots have no yard area. RV spots are not level, some have large bricks with wood used to level rv's. Bathroom is ran down and needs cleaning.
Positives - lots of bunnies to feed. Restaurant in the other park is good. Boat slips and launches closes.

For Collin Park Marina: Looks as if everyone here has lived here for years. Junk piled up everywhere. Depressing place. I drove thru but would not stay here. Very rough looking place.
