For Kid Valley Campground: Very nice park out in the middle of nowhere except for Mount St Helens. Still no cell service or WiFi in 2021. AT&T, T-mobile, or Verizon. Someone came up to me and asked the trick for getting cell service, I said, drive west for 5 minutes. There is also service to the east sometimes because we were able to get service at the stops to Johnson Ridge. Also, the exit out of the park can be hair-raising due to blind 45 MPH curves in both directions.

For Kid Valley Campground: A decent park but absolutely no cell service there. Zero! Although beautiful, campsite was very unlevel. Wasn't thrilled about 25 cents for two minutes of hot water in bathroom. Playground was ok but not great. Best part was the proximity to Mount St. Helens and the restaurant next door.

For Kid Valley Campground: Small, quaint park with out-in-the woods feel. Convenient and close to Mount St. Helens and Toutle Rivers. Great basecamp for outdoor activities. Most full hook-up are back in with trees around. Bathhouse with showers. Big tent sites. Simple, clean and nice.
