For Lazy Days RV Resort: Not a family friendly park. This is one of those parks your come to when your down and out like me or need to place to rest your head until your dead. Cheap rent with utilities. Doesn’t mention have Hitchcock police is here everyday. In 1 month I’ve seen to 2 fights, 1 between tenants involving a swing blade that luckily didn’t end in a show and one between the owner, VJ, and another tenant . It’s not a bad place to stay if you can keep to yourself but spot 28 has multiple drug users near by that actively want to include you, ask for rides and to use your phone at all hours of the night. I was warned by my lawyer to get out of there. It does no good to complain, the owner knows what he has and tells you he doesn’t have time for you when you bring any of this up. There is a usually difference between someone just running a shitty business and a thief this place nailed both.

For Lazy Days RV Resort: Restrooms are in very bad condition. Pool has water but not heated. Full of oil workers. Well off highway no noise from highway.
