For Sno-Park Donner Summit Parking: Sno-Park website says they allow overnight in vehicle camping in their lots unless otherwise stated. Despite everything online leading me to believe that it was allowed at this Sno-Park, it is clearly stated at the park that you are not. You can leave your vehicle in the lot overnight ONLY if you are using the trails (ie. hiking to one of the huts or snow camping). I also spoke with someone working there who confirmed this, citing the dangers with snow plowing around people in their vehicles as the cause.
