Stayed at site 104 for four days in August 2020. The site was large, well manicured, 50, 30, 110 electric. No water or sewer. There was a nice dump station. The area is heavily wooded and very well maintained. Showers and restrooms were very clean and our site was near a large tornado shelter. Staff was very kind and helpful.

We spent a quiet and pleasant week here in early June. It’s been unusually wet, so there were puddles and mud on the rainy days, and plenty of mosquitoes. The restrooms and showers are just adequate and seemed clean. The park staff are lovely people, helpful, and polite. Electric-only sites. The dump area was clean. The potable water tap wasn't labeled (we arrived after the office closed) but a helpful amp host sent us right to it.

We were looking for a place to stay in the general area open in early April to break up a long drive. We're self contained and don't use the facilities.

This is a very nice campground. The 'pod' layout created generally large campsites, some shaded, others in full sun, some private, others within site of others. Most were level with a paved parking pad. Our pod had electric only sites and a bath house. There's water and a dump station near the park entrance. Rates are $28 per night with 50% off for Passport America. There's no wifi. Verizon and ATT coverage was ok. The park is self service early in the season.
