Super clean. Nice concrete pads and grassy sites. Best laundry I've ever used. Nice lake and pool. Gave 4 instead of 5 due to a bit of noise from nearby trains and highway. 30 ft. TT.

Park is very clean and quiet. The checkin process was seamless and everyone very friendly. They have two dog walk areas which are small dog parks which I loved. They even had a dog bath area at one park. Nice pool area. I would stay here again. It is close to a train track but it did not bother me. Just make sure you look at the route your GPS gives you to get in. One way had a nightmare U-turn but the other did not.

Do not recommend. These folks put on a nice face to lure you in but MHO is that they are all crazy. Not even a month in my rent was raised for no reason. I got yelled at numerous time for a dog running lose that was not mine but looked like mine. I overheard the "manager" cuss at a child and when I mentioned it to the woman upfront I was told it didn't happen....umm heard it with my own ears... and if you hang out around the pool in the dark areas at night you can hear the maintenance man verbally abusing his wife. Sirens at all hours of the night and I hope you like trains because it sits right on a train track and that train blows all night. Not even joking. It looks nice but is run by what I feel are questionable people.
