For Veterans Memorial City Park: Nice little city park in Lake Tawakoni. A few shade trees. Older wooden picnic tables need a paint job. Restrooms were closed due to COVID. There were a couple of dogs running loose, and after dark they barked aggressively at us. We are the only RV in the park right now-October 2020. It is near our friends and convenient for visiting. We stayed here in a 32’ travel trailer.
