For The Oquirrh Inn & RV Park: Noisey, area was trashy, paid more than a KOA. The directions from the site took us to downtown Salt Lake City. Lots of gnats.

DSVT

For The Oquirrh Inn & RV Park: We were looking for a place to stay that would be convenient to the SLC airport for an early morning flight. We're self-contained in our 25 foot MH and don't use the facilities. We stayed on a weeknight in mid-October. We arrived at 5pm and got the last of 10 sites. The sites are lined up in the gravel behind the hotel. All are full hookups - elec, water, septic - which worked well. Sites are level and mostly in full sun. They are all pull throughs and relatively close together with no privacy. We were concerned about being so close to a truck stop, highway and railroad tracks. There was some road noise, yet we were able to sleep through the night. There was good ATT and usable Verizon cell service. It was a 40 minute drive to the airport at 7am. It met all of our needs, including a nice view of the mountains.

Virginia

For The Oquirrh Inn & RV Park: Upside: Low price ($25, which inc tax) and view of mountain. Downsides: Motel owner installed 10 FHUs at rear of parking lot. No amenities whatsoever. Weak electric, horrible water pressure, virtually useless WiFi—most of the time my iPhone couldn’t even find it, and we are parked just 100 ft from office. Motel/RV park is sandwiched between freeway and truck stop. All night long the trucks idle or run their generators, freeway roars, interrupted only by nightly train whistle and rumbling. Would stay here only when passing through for one night. Motel has two washers/two dryers for motel and RV guests.

Kwick

For The Oquirrh Inn & RV Park: Small RV park next to hotel. Convenient place to stop. Friendly staff. Downside is parking your rig as you are driving through hotel parking lot and parked cars. If you have a large rig it can be challenging in some spaces.
