For Horse Prairie - Clark Canyon Reservoir USBR: Best blm campground we ever stayed on. EASY TO GET TO! No long dirt roads with giant holes. We stayed here for 4 nights and they were quiet and beautiful. Views of the reservoir are perfect. Toilets and garbage well attended to. Water pump works like a charm. Each spot has its own covered area to protect from rain, store firewood, or eat a meal. Fire pits are large and easy to cook on. Spots are large and fit our 37 foot motorhome no problem. None of the spots are pull through but we went in front first and enjoyed views of the lake from our windshield. Only downside: mosquitos. Bring repellant and you’ll be ok.

Mimi and Nana
For Horse Prairie - Clark Canyon Reservoir USBR: This is a great free campground. They have vault toilets and a water pump. It was crowded on the weekend but cleared out by Monday afternoon. We were there in mid June 2017 and the mosquitos were horrible. Would definitely stay there again, the views are awesome.
