For Safford RV Resort: Thought we would visit Stanford and found this place to stay since it sounded nice. I will say the place was clean and the spaces were typical AZ gravel with a concrete pad. We called to make a reservation but the lady said she couldn’t take one because she was driving and call back. We did call back and made a reservation since she said they were busy. We arrived and no one to check us in and no paperwork as promised. We called and she said she would be there in minutes however we waited 30 mins. The office stated it was closed Saturday through Tuesday- really!! After waiting I saw a lady speaking with a guy I went up and asked if she was the manager and she said she was. I said we had been waiting in the office and she said she was there- no way! She was defensive- paperwork not done! One of the other campers said he had been waiting for 2 days for paperwork. Worst management ever. Unprofessional

For Safford RV Resort: Read reviews and was reluctant to stay. But after visiting the area, sounds like new owners set up a standard of living so it didn’t become a trash mobile home or and stayed an RV Park. The lady manager was amazing and I saw and heard her interact with guests. She was polite and professional each time. Jokes and laughed with them too. Swimming pool is large and clean with great amenities around the pool. Lots were all clean!! Connects to a bike path on both sides of entrance. There are some full time residents that keep a trailer parked there because they work at the nearby mine and go home on weekends. Even these full time guests were nice. Again, careful about reading the reviews because this honestly sounds like new management made changes so travelers like us have a nice place to stay. We will be coming back each time we are in town to visit family.

For Safford RV Resort: BEWARE!!! Horrible new owners and management! Avoid staying long term in this park,,,,they raised rates and imposed ridiculously rigid rules with only a 10 day notice. Worst of all, it was just as the state of Az. announced the “shelter in place” advisory for the Covid19 outbreak,,,,and the management didn’t care! Over 30 rigs pulled out in less than a week, many of us seniors,,,,with very few options of a safe place to move to. It shows total disregard for ones fellow human being during the worst health crisis this nation has ever seen!

For Safford RV Resort: All recent reviews are accurate. There is nothing "resort" about this place. Everything is run down and/or out of order. Do NOT stay here. The kids who run the place make you feel that you don't belong here. They are right. This place is more suited for locals who can't afford a place of their own. This is NOT an RV park you should consider if passing through.

For Safford RV Resort: Will not stay here again. Looked nice but.......cable wouldn't work and neither did the Internet. No one to help either. Office closed at 4 pm and so did pool/spa. Except for some kids pool party that started at 10 pm till??. Then started running around the park and there are no lights. No one there to control the situation. Lady next to us living there, got hauled off by the cops.
Think twice before staying there.
