For Lake Lucille Park: We camped here 3 nights in our popup pickup camper nice quiet park. We stayed in site#2 with 20,30&50 amp electric for only $20 per night. It is a rustic park with gravel pads & roads only 2 miles off highway 3. There are no sewer or water hookups only non potable water & pit toilets. Within walking distance to beautiful lake. 3.5 miles to Walmart super center & Wasilla. There is a very nice newer playground for the kids in the camp. Use the 1401 S. Endeavor Street address to get there. The road into park has a lot of holes but after you get in the loop it’s pretty smooth. Pick up a registration envelope at the entrance find a spot you like fill out the tag & place on the post. Put money in envelope & take it back to post where you got envelope to your pay. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

For Lake Lucille Park: Small park. Few sites ok for big rig. Great 50amp electric No water or dump. $20 a day, good value.

Craig Brooks

For Lake Lucille Park: Use street address, NOT gps coordinates to find it and don’t click on map app or it’ll use the gps. Area 2 now has many electric sites - 30/50 amp.

Phyllis

For Lake Lucille Park: 50 amp electrical at many sites, but no water or sewer. Very helpful campground host. Site somewhat level. Tables and fire rings in heavily wooded setting. Plenty of mosquitoes, but that is expected next to a lake. Would use again. Stayed in motorhome.

For Lake Lucille Park: Pretty park, safe, nice location. Electric, $20!!
Roomy sites, no water or sewer. Our site pretty level.
Cute playground.
Camp host, hooray!
Need bug spray.
Seems to be a work in progress. Needs bathrooms.
O yes, next to beautiful lake.
A gem of a park. Liked it, would go back.
Camped in small travel trailer.

Michael

For Lake Lucille Park: We have been the camp host at this park August and September 2015

Park is clean very close to city 2 miles but secluded

this year its primitive next year 2016 they will be adding a dump station and electric and water to the campsites (already installed for host) - brand-new playground - concrete floor outhouse - Heavely wooded and very pretty - very safe as local police and park rangers patrol the campground frequently
walking distance to a beautiful dock and lake and if your a Palin fan it's directly across from Sarah Palin's house (big red White House)

AllStays note: This is not really a normal guest review to count towards ratings but it is posted because it is informative.
