Sarah

For River - Rye Patch SRA: Quiet, big spots, pump for potable water at each site. Dump station on way out. Beautiful views, easy stop off of 80.

Vel

For River - Rye Patch SRA: Nice $15 spot with pit toilets, fire rings, picnic tables. Very empty and quiet in late December. We slept in our SUV due to temps, and it was a good stopover.

Solo

For River - Rye Patch SRA: Great place to stay overnight or longer if you are a fisher.
Small campground really close to the 80 but not loud.
Just a handful of us there. Low water of course and hot but an evening breeze picks up,
Most of the campers got up around 6am and were loading up and driving through the campground around 6:30am. But they were doing their best to be quiet.
Great place to stay if on the road.
Bathrooms were fine, I peeked in the shower but didn't use it.
Quiet for the most part.

Idahomtman

For River - Rye Patch SRA: Great state park just of I80. A true oasis in the middle of the desert. No hook ups but great shade and pretty quiet. Hot showers only 25 cents for 5 minutes! Great deal for $14.

Ramblinfam

For River - Rye Patch SRA: We stopped here on our way out west from Colorado. It was nice, we were at site #11 with a 30' 5th wheel. Nice trees and space for the kids to play. No hookups, but they had a dump on the way out. Only $14/night.
