For Desert Oasis Campground: All dirt parking lot, primarily long term residents. Shower is very strange, pull down chain with pipe coming out of the ceiling, no way to adjust temperature. Long term residents hang around clubhouse with large dogs off leashes. Clubhouse furnishings need attention. Only one washer working.
Tons of thorns everywhere making it especially difficult on dogs to walk two feet. We would not stay here again. There is a far better option just down the road.

For Desert Oasis Campground: I almost didn't come here due to reading that bad review, am I glad that I decided to give this place a shot. This is a beautiful little campground within easy driving distance to Bisbee. Everything here works great, the campground is clean, and the owners are very nice. I recommend this campground if you need a place to stay near Bisbee.

For Desert Oasis Campground: We stayed at this campground in 2016 for a week, and returned in 2017 for a month. Enjoyed our stay immensely. The new owner, Paul is very personable and knowledgeable of the area. He lives on premise and works most days on his continued improvements. Great hiking trails, spacious clubhouse/rec room, spacious sites with great hookups. The view of the stars at night and the desert/surrounding mountains by day is awesome. During our stay, there were many units that pulled in for a day and decided to stay longer. People come here not for the pool/hot tub/playground/putt-putt experience but for the natural high desert beauty.

TwoMarks

For Desert Oasis Campground: The owner of this campground has managed the impossible; somehow he has managed to suck the light and warmth out of the Arizona sun. All the more curious as there is no shade whatsoever on the property. We've been staying there 4+ years and have witnessed a steady decline to the sad state the 'resort' is in today. The water is occasionally nonpotable and the workers occasionally forget to notify the guests as such, or they don't bother with testing. On the best of days the water pressure is so pitiful that it only trickles out of your RV shower; DON'T USE THEIR SHOWER!!! Don't make the mistake of not bringing your own drinking water. The hot tub is only available to the 'full-price' paying guests without extra fees. I can't remember the last time the pool was open and clean. They don't honor their contracts, leases or their word. Stay somewhere - ANYWHERE - else. Might I recommend another adult park right next door? They don't consider disdain an integral part of customer service.
