For Buena Vista Coastal RV Resort: Beautiful, quiet and will be back! We couldn’t use the outside pool or lazy River due to a cold front that came through but instead loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Lovely brick roads and sidewalks. Oversized sites. Doggies enjoyed the dog park. Only thing missing was a pickleball court!

For Buena Vista Coastal RV Resort: Beautifully kept and landscaped Only classA and super B. All private owned lots. Super pool and lazy river. So quiet you wonder what every else is doing ! Cross a busy street to beautiful beaches. This is a gem.

For Buena Vista Coastal RV Resort: SUPERB! We absolutely loved this location. Our site was the first one near the busiest road, yet we were not bothered by the traffic. To be fair, we weren’t staying during the busiest season but it didn’t bother us. It was fantastic to be staying so close to the beach, not many RV resorts in Gulf Shores with such close access. The lazy river pool was beautiful, our kids enjoyed swimming there. The park hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our visitors. My only reasoning for 4, instead of 5 stars, was the lack of laundromat amenities. I needed to wash bedding one night, which wouldn’t fit in our small rig unit, and was not able to do so.

For Buena Vista Coastal RV Resort: The low rating is because of the 4-lane road next to the park. You can here the music in cars, braking trucks, people talking on bike and walking path next to sites. The pond in the back is a swamp which needs to be cleaned up. When we arrived, after receiving 4 emails of confirmation, significant contract, confirmations...wow! Thought they'd be super organized given the communication and very high price tag. Contract said they'd help us park...nope! We have a 2017 Newmar Dutchstar 44 ft so we welcome assistance. The fire pit didn't have propane in it so no fire first night. Tried to find staff next day, Thursday...no staff in office and security said no maintenance person that day. They proceeded to tell me where the propane tanks were. Wouldn't have minded doing all of that however, large price tag mentally demands great service. Won't go there again due to horrible noise that wakes you up at night, poor customer service for value, and no beach access (they supplied a state beach park pass a couple of miles down the road. Nice) and too expensive. Will stay in park away from main corridor as public access to beaches are limited so location next to beach isn't worth the money.

For Buena Vista Coastal RV Resort: I really wanted to love this park, but just couldn't quite do it. It is Immaculate, large sites, complete with high end finish pavers. A few coach houses and a couple lots have small pools. Many have pavilions and or built in grills. WiFi was probably best we've had in a park. Really nice outdoor pool with small lazy river. Too cold so we didn't use it but I wish we could have. Indoor heated pool. We tried the hot tub but it wasn't heating. Friendly staff and very well maintained and everything that is done is done very well.
So the cons...on the main road so a bit noisy and while it is right across from the beach you can't actually access the beach from there. You need to walk down maybe a quarter mile ways and cross over just past the tall high rise. The biggest negative for me was the swampy kind of gross looking lagoon that we faced. Clearly the owners don't have the money to finish the park. Bath house was also unfinished. No activities or community feel that you normally get at other high end resorts. There are several lots for sale at maybe too high a price for an unfinished park? I really hope they make it though.

For Buena Vista Coastal RV Resort: Excellent RV park. Best we have ever stayed at. Indoor heated pool, they are adding a lazy river. Dog park. Quiet, Clean! You can even get a pool, hottub or bbq on your own spot! Excellent!

For Buena Vista Coastal RV Resort: WoW. Not your average camping spots. Great location and amazing setup. You are actually staying on a space that is owned by someone and rents it when they are not there. We had a nice tiki hut with table on our very spacious spot. Definitely worth the price. Also was not busy so it was like we had the place to ourselves.
