Nice TX state park. Very clean and well maintained. The loop campground is full hookups and level. The bathhouse is clean with flush toilets and hot water in the showers. Trails are short and well marked. There’s a paved path to the historic sites and into town. I would stay there again.

Well maintained RV sites. The museum and Mission are very interesting and informative. Rangers on site very helpful. EXTREMELY hot during the summer months, hiking was out of the question for senior citizens. River in the park would be great for canoeing.

Great historical sites nearby (Mission and Presidio) that are a must see. Great bicycle trail into the town square. Campsites are nicely maintained, Staff very nice. We stayed over Labor Day so it was definitely hot and humid. The tent only camping areas were deserted.

Family recommended this campground. A very well maintained park. Clean grounds and rest rooms. Lots of shade trees with walking paths and historical sites. Staff very friendly. Stayed in late March of 2016 in a travel trailer.
