For Lake Waco Marina: Miss Melanie and Rich have a great RV park. If you are looking for a great view of a lake, wildlife deer at their finest and a few Fox here and there lots of birds. Fishing is an added bonus. Great location to many things to explore. HEB grocery shopping my favorite store is close. On site restaurant and bar Friday -Sunday live music good food and great service from Kat. You’ll feel safe if you are out about walking which as a full timer is a great plus. If you have any questions or concerns Melanie is spot on. We travel coast to coast full time RVers. We love this place. I also need to add the onsite guys maintenance and lawn service always extremely polite and very respectful. Great stay when in Waco this is the place.

For Lake Waco Marina: This is really basic. No bathroom or laundry and sites are rough. Some attempt with gravel but any rain and it’s muddy. Nice view, probably a 4 rating but everything else is a 1 rating. Would not stay here again.

For Lake Waco Marina: Staying here for the night while on a month trip around the country in our motorhome. Doing some activities in Waco and this is really close to all that. Nice view of the lake and a 2 minute walk to the marina restaurant. We ate there, good food and cool atmosphere. Power and water hookups. No complaints, it's pretty nice. Kids are having a good time as well. Large spaces for them to run around.
