For White Rock Visitors Center: In the White Rock Visitor’s Center’s all asphalt parking lot you will find an area that has ample room to park an RV with only electricity available. The sites are anything but level. The Visitor Center has a public restroom, but is only open for a few hours during the day. You will need to use your own facility in your RV. There is a dump station available, but it is not level. You may not be able to empty your tanks completely depending on how your plumbing is configured. Potable water is available at the dump station. There are two water spigots, one potable and one not potable so be sure to use the correct one. There are large electrical transmission lines running beside the parking lot and can interfere with TV signals and satellite radio. The parking lot is located beside the White Rock fire station and police station and occasionally may disturb your sleep if there is an emergency or fire. Feel safe though for the police do patrol the area and are friendly. There are a couple of restaurants close by and a grocery store is close by also. Bandelier National Monument, operated by the NPS, is just a few miles away and you can catch a bus shuttle to go there at the visitor center during the peak season. The city of White Rock does an excellent job of keeping the area clean and looking nice. The people are friendly and helpful.

Jean and Gypsy

For White Rock Visitors Center: What a great find. Close to Santa Fe, Bandelier, Los Alamos, Ghost Ranch, and the wonderful hot springs resirt, Ojo Caliente. $20 in a machine prints you a pass, park on a level paved lot scattered with evenly spaced electric service posts, within easy walk to stores and restaurants. And it's part of the Visitors' Center. So convenient and what a nice thing to offer in an area where campground are either very remote or scarce.

Suka's Mom

For White Rock Visitors Center: Behind the visitor center in White Rock is a large RV parking area. Each spot has electrical service (30A/50A). Payment is via credit card at a kiosk. Potable water and a dump station are on site, as is a pet walking area. Not much atmosphere, but level, reasonably quiet, and safe.
