For Otter Creek Outdoor Recreation Area: This is a terrifying circus of music, disco balls and free range dogs. Not a quiet corner in the grounds. The smoke from unsuccessful campfires leaves your eyes gritty and your lungs gasping. There are campers and tents crammed together without a plan. People are very friendly. Apparently all stoned or drunk, wandering from party to party. Avoid this place if you seek quiet, restful places.
