For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: Terrific park, Fredericksburg is a wonderful town, so much to do. This RV resort was clean, very spacious, great amenities and a huge green space for outdoor activities. There is also a fenced dog park area. We didn't use the showers but the laundry was spotless and was well appointed. Lyft/Uber are also available from the park.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: After all the good reviews I was disappointed in this park. Yes the sites are large and spacious, mostly level. Facilities looked fine, but the whole place had a run down air to it. It would probably be better in spring when you can’t tell grass from weeds. Essentially is a large field with rows of gravel lots. The lots sit low to the road so you get a lot of road noise during the day. All in all an ok place and convenient to town, just lacking any charm.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: Sites are pull thru and level. Bathrooms/showers super clean and nice. Staff friendly and very helpful. Love the trash pickup and propane fill - just set them out - the trash disappears and the propane tanks come back full! Perfect spot to enjoy Fredericksburg!

Up and Go For It

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: Had a great stay. Very friendly staff and very clean shower and laundry facilities. Kids liked the large green space and there is an off leash dog area. Great location for the surrounding area attractions.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: Nice park, level, quiet, good spacing between sites with grass and a concrete picnic table pad. We found The Vineyards (nice name) listed as Quiet Creek on AllStays app, I think it's a recent name change. They have planted a small vineyard by the office.

Sites are level, firm ground with wide grass strips between each site. Good layout for power, water and sewer. Park looked nearly full (get reservations), the water pressure was good. The pull-through sites are long enough to keep our toad attached if needed (40' ft MH + towbar + Jeep Cherokee) with room to spare. Each site has a picnic table on a new concrete pad. Our site had a young tree. There is a children's play ground, soccer field, and dog walk area located in the middle green space. A pool is located by the office.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: Really nice park for visiting Fredericksburg. WiFi worked great for us. We extended our stay 2 extra nights to see all that was available that was not f interest to us. The WWII Museum & Pioneer Museum are especially good & the Enchanted Rock SP was amazing. The park is under new ownership. Every worked correctly in our long pull thru site. We were directly across from the central field with the dog park which provided lots of grass for our pups. We stayed here in our 30' Airstream & would come back if in the area.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: This park is so brand new I felt bad messing up the gravel. They do have new-car-owner feel about the place, so if you're someone who can't abide by rules probably should go somewhere else because everything you do can be seen marked on the brand new property.

It was rainy when I stayed and a lot of parks were very muddy. This park with all new gravel had no mud.

They have a small pool and just put in an above-ground hot tub. They have at-site trash pick up once a day.

The front desk staff were fairly discombobulated. They checked me in but then put me into my site as someone else. When I extended my stay they forgot to extend it in the system, so I waited for them to do it right and got a paper receipt just in case. No problems resulted, but clearly they didn't quite have their act together.

That being said, it is far closer to the historic downtown than two large competitors. If you want to enjoy downtown- I would stay here.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: Arriving at the office we were reminded about the rules with special emphasis placed on the "No mats on the grass rule" and "no stakes of any kind in the ground". Road noise was louder then normal and the "picnic tables" are very small, the "all digital" cable tv was poor at best and the wifi was extremely slow. Fredericksburg is a great place so we relocated to a different park in t the area as soon as we could..
Will not be returning to "Quiet Creek".

We stayed at Quiet creek in a 43ft motor coach.

Gadget

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: We arrived on Saturday Nov 4 for a stay leaving Monday.
Arriving at the office we were reminded about the rules with special emphasis placed on the "No mats on the grass rule".
The park is new and all the hookups were good including HD cable. However the faucet was close to the ground and in my case I had to use a clever way to hook up my filter.
We had invited our neice and her husband to join us in their class A motorhome and were suprised that they actually were able to make it on Sunday.
We were in town for a wine tasting on Sunday and as we were leaving noticed the lady was approching our neice ... and thats where the story gets ugly.
The woman told my niece that she should have stopped at the office and checked in (she did). The door was locked and no one answered. My neice picked one of the spots that was available and pulled in, the park was 90% empty. The woman proced to tell her that she should charge her for 2 days for breaking the rules. The lady had no customer skills and was extremely rude.
Both my neice and I were going to stay another day but because of the way my neice was treated we decided to relocate to Jellystone RV park for the extra day. We will not be returning to Quiet Creek RV park.
Not sure why they beat up customers on the rules so much, a shame because the park is in a good position to downtown with good equipment.
I can overlook some of the short comings such as no trees (it is new) but being rude and combative is inexcusable.

For The Vineyards at Fredericksburg RV Park: I enjoyed the peaceful, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere at Quiet Creek. The park is just about 2 miles west of town. I found it to be very convenient to Fredericksburg and all the local attractions. It is very big rig friendly, easy to navigate(after seeing some of the other parks, it is more big rig than most)and the roads are paved. The site are crushed gravel that were level with more than ample space for a big rig. All the hook-ups were in the proper location. Water pressure was perfect, saw no power issues, and TV cable was strong . The dog park was excellent. There is a nice green space in the middle of the park with a play ground and room for other outdoor activities. The park is kept extremely clean and well manicured. The weaknesses of this is park includes sites are close, not so close that you are "slide to slide" but not as much space as most would like; all the facilities including dog walk, pool, bathrooms, showers, and laundry are an uphill walk; as like all parks, the wifi is weak; there is an "early check-in fee" if you arrive before 2pm which is something I have never seen before; and the staff is courteous but not overly friendly. This is a newly built park with many young trees planted which will take some time for them to grow and provide shade. All and all, a very nice park; however, I would not call it a resort. I would stay at Quiet Creek again without any hesitation. I stayed at Quiet Creek in a 38' quad slide 5th wheel.
